our coaches

Lulu Baugh is the owner and head coach of Lulu Fitness. She personally crafts the workout programs alongside her coaching team. Originally from Bulgaria, Lulu moved to the U.S. at 21 and started her first business in 2013. A master kettlebell coach with a strength and conditioning background, she’s NASM-certified and also holds a nutrition certification. Lulu is passionate about empowering her community through fitness and wellness.
